The Planning and Zoning Board voted to unanimously reccomend approval of the Silver Woods Phase 2 Plan. The plan now goes to public hearing with Town Council on June 14th and July 12th for the two mandatory hearings prior to the Council vote.

If any of the Phase 2 lot owners would like to attend these hearings and speak on behalf of the project, please contact Jim McCulley.

Annexation Plan Completed and submitted to Town of Ocean View

The Reading of Annexation Ordinance took place at 4/12/11 Town Council Meeting

All Lot Owners Have Selected Their Lots.

Waiting for paperwork from one owner.

 

Commercial and Clubhouse Plans almost done.

We are submitting the annexation petition to the Town of Ocean View on Tuesday and will post the plans around that date. I will also post a schedule of hearings and a timeline for anyone interested in attending.
